These sessions provides an inspiring space for a deeper connection, expression of life perspectives and a way to keep an intentional, motivating pace while being fully present.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hrs advanced notice to cancel or reschedule your booked session to avoid the $75 fee. *Non-emergency "No show/No call" to a prepaid, booked session will result in forfeit of value paid for session.
